Location: Ara, Distt Bhojpur, Bihar

Required Principal for upcoming DPS School (high school CBSE curriculum) at Head Quarter Ara, Distt – Bhojpur, Bihar. Applicant will be in a role to lead teachers and staff, set goals and ensure students meet their learning objectives.

Key Area Responsibilities

• Excellent in implementation of SOP(s) related to scholastic & non scholastic areas
• Attitude and capability to lead from the front.
• Development and management of the school code of conduct.
• Overseeing schools’ day-to-day management
• Contribute to system-wide activities, including policy and strategic planning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic goals.
• Implementation of school / academic calendar.
• Responsible for academic audit, growth and provide leadership and strategic direction.
• Participate in hiring, training and other activities of dynamic teachers, instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team.
• Should be thorough with statutory academic compliance, inspection by CBSE, Directorate of Education, Affiliation process etc.
